GOING SOLAR

On Monday 7th November we started going that extra mile to do our bit for the environment and installed solar panels.

We are the first pub in the area to take the green step by the installation of 12 photovoltaic panels to the south facing side of our roof.

These are expected to produce in the region of 2250 KWh per year.

We are still looking at more ways to reduce our carbon footprint. Our next target is to increase our recycling rate & further reduce the amount of waste that goes to landfill.
