2/  Upon receipt of an order, Jordans customers have seven working days in which to change their minds and cancel any order. If a Jordans customer wishes to cancel an order and return the goods then they must be returned in good condition.
3/  All orders will be completed within 30 days.
4/  If a customer has a complaint about the goods and or service they receive from Jordans they should write to David Jordan at the companies address given on this web site.
5/  Sale of Goods:- If any of Jordans products are faulty,  not of satisfactory quality or do not match how they were described, the customer is entitled to reject them and claim a refund.
6/  Data Protection:-  Any information (e.g. personal,  credit card details) supplied to us by a customer will not be passed on to a third party.
