Bookings remain unconfirmed until recept of a completed booking form and the required deposit. Unless otherwise agreed the final balance of the event should be paid no later than seven days prior to the event. Failure to comply with this condition may result in postponement of event.

Confirmed bookings, consisting of a completed booking form and deposit form a binding contract between the party named on the booking form and Karting 2000. Whereby the party is liable for the full amount inclusive of V.A.T.

Deposits are non-refundable. An event may be postponed and re-booked provided it is confirmed and re-booked in writing no less than fourteen days prior to the event date.

Karting 2000 reserve the right to refuse entry to, or eject from the premises. Any persons whom in their opinion is endangering the safety of others, misusing equipment or facilites, or any person who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Late arrival of any competitor may encroach upon the allocated race time.
