Trip Boats
The Kennet Avon Trust have several trip boats situated at various branches.
All boats have a licensed bar and refreshments are available. There is a public
address system or you can use your own sound system.

'Rose of Hungerford' (Hungerford)
A wide-beam boat seating 50, operating from just off Hungerford High Street
Public trips:
• Every Sat, Sun & Bank Holiday from Easter until end
of October 2.30pm: 2.5 hours
• Every Wednesday from June until end of
September 2.30pm: 2.5 hours
• Every Wednesday during July & August 11.30am:
1.5 hours
• Every Saturday & Sunday during August
11.30am: 1 1/2 hours
• Special Santa trips at Christmas
Charter trips available for all your special occasions

• Public Trips: Normally every Wed,
Sat, Sun and bank holiday from April
to October at 2.30pm. Additional 75 min
trips at 1130am run in July and Aug
and at other bank holiday weekends
• Special Trips: including Jazz evenings
with Pete Allen, Cream Teas, Bath Day
Trip, Autumn Tints and Santa Trips
• Charter trips: from 1 hr to whole Day

Please Note: although the locks from Crofton to Kintbury are closed due to lack of water the cruises with Santa will be taking place as usual from Hungerford this year
A 30 seat converted traditional narrowboat operating from Newbury Wharf
Newly based at Newbury Wharf, the Jubilee is a traditional narrowboat open to the fresh air in fine weather, but with full protection and central heating for colder days. She can seat 30 people and has a fully licensed bar and modern toilet facilities.
