M. V. Jubilee

M.V. Jubilee is a narrowboat built in 1976 and was specifically designed for leisure cruising. She is 50 feet long with a beam of 6’10”. She weighs 22 tons and has a 2.2 litre marinised diesel engine. The main cabin has seating for 30 passengers. The boat has a licensed bar and modern toilet facilities.
We run the following trips from the Canal Visitor Centre at Brassknocker Basin, Limpley Stoke, Bath:

Public trips on Sundays & Bank Holidays at from 23 March to 26 October 12 noon (2 hours), 2.30 pm (3hrs 15 mins.)
Charter trips fully crewed trips can be booked for anniversaries, parties, office outings, school trips and corporate team building events.

Charter Trips

We pride ourselves that we can “tailor” our trips to your special requirements. We have staff who will give specialised talks as you cruise - e.g. on the history or the abundant wildlife on the canal etc.

You may bring your own picnic or celebratory meal. However, if you prefer, we can organise meals to be delivered to the boat prior to departure.

Also we have an intimate knowledge of the public houses and restaurants on the canal and we will be pleased to advise you should you wish to break your journey for a meal.

We can provide a diversity of cruises from educational school trips to corporate team building days.

No. 2	3 Hours	£205.00	Over Two Aqueducts to Avoncliff Village and return . The trip runs through the beautiful & dramatic Limpley Stoke Valley.
No. 3	3 hours	£205.00	Bathampton Village and return. West along the Canal towards Bath, taking in the spectacular views of the Avon Valley
No. 4	4 hours 30 mins	£240.00	Bradford on Avon Over two Aqueducts – through the lock to the Saxon Town of Bradford on Avon – once centre of the woollen industry.
No. 5	4 hours 30 mins.	£240.00	Bath – Sydney Gardens Cruise along the Canal via Claverton & Bathampton to regency Bath. Spectacular views all the way.

We are berthed at "The Canal Centre", Brassknocker Basin, Limpley Stoke, Bath.

By Car:
On the Bath/Warminster A36 turn at Viaduct Inn traffic lights towards Limpley Stoke on B3108. After 50 metres turn left into Visitor Centre car park.

By Bus:
Routes X4 and X5 from Bath, Frome, Trowbridge. Alight at Viaduct Inn and follow the signs to Visitor Centre.
