KJW Trading - AUCTION TERMS

OUR PROMISE TO YOU :
1)	We abide by the eBay user agreement and selling rules.
2)	We describe items fairly and accurately.
3)	We will aim to answer all email queries within 36 hours.
4)	We will despatch your items on time however we cannot guarantee the speed of the postal service.


GENERAL:
1)	By bidding on our auctions you agree to be bound by the rules set by eBay.
2)	We expect payment within seven days of the auction ending unless an arrangement has been made with us via email or
	telephone.
3)	Please print out the invoice we send you in our confirmation email and send it with your cheque/postal order/cash payment to :

HOW TO PAY :
1)	UK Customers -
	Paypal, Nochex, personal cheque, postal orders & cash
2)	Overseas Customers -
	Paypal or cash ( GBP, US Dollars or Euros) - No money orders or checks
3)	Please pay Paypal or Nochex payments to ebaysales@kjwtrading.com
4)	Please make cheques and postal orders payable to KJW Trading


SHIPPING :
1)	Please contact us immediately after the auction if you are outside the UK so we can invoice you for the correct
	shipping cost.
2)	All items are shipped as follows -
	Paypal, Nochex, Cash & postal orders - next day
	Personal Cheque - third working day after receiving payment
3)	We accept no responsibility for losses or damage in the post so if you are worried about receiving your item
	safely, please request recorded/special delivery or insurance at extra cost unless the listing states one of these
	methods is included.
4)	Shipping times (estimated) -
	UK - Unless otherwise requested all items are posted first class (1-2 days) or if too heavy via Parcelforce (up to 7 days)
	Overseas - All items are posted via small packet air mail unless otherwise requested.


REFUNDS :
1)	Please email us before returning any item at ebaysales@kjwtrading.com.
2)	The item must be returned to us within seven days of the auction.
3)	We do not refund for purchasing non-compatible videos, DVD's or games so please check the listings for formats.
4)	We check all returned items. If you tell us an item is faulty and we find it isn't we will return the item to you.
5)	We will refund the price you paid for the item in full via cheque or Paypal/Nochex
	within four working days of receiving the returned item.
6)	We will not refund the return postage unless we have made a mistake in the order -
	If you received your item then the postage you paid did get spent on postage


NON-PAYING BIDDERS :
1)	We will work via the eBay NPB forms to recover our listing fees/final value fees.
2)	We will leave negative feedback for persistent non-paying bidders and block them from bidding further on any of our auctions.
3)	If you receive your items and your cheque subsequently bounces
	we will take legal action to recover the monies owed or the items received.


FEEDBACK :
1)	We always leave feedback in response to the buyers feedback.
	Once the buyer is happy we consider the transaction to be complete.
2)	We will leave negative feedback for persistent non-paying bidders and senders of abusive or threatening emails.
