Description Session 1 Where are you now? (360 degree assessment, Skills Audit, Interview) Session 2 Where do you want to be? (Interview to probe expectation and aspiration, discuss reality) Session 3/4 How do you get there? (Interview to consider how to bridge the gap between current and aspired positions, compile and agree time limited action plan) Report compiled for the client (individual or organisation) Senior executive mentoring and crisis intervention - Working with senior executives who want to discuss organisational issues in a safe environment with a consultant who will act as a sounding board and advisor giving a wholly objective view on issues and assisting in resolution of conflict. Tools utilised could include 360 degree assessment, Self Assessment and review, consideration of business excellence model, management tools such as SWOT and PESTEL, life coaching Neuro Linguistic Programming counselling and team building skills. Competency Based Selection. How to build CV's and complete application forms. How to prepare for, and participate in, interviews, explain techniques, build confidence through Neuro Linguistic Programming. Psychometric test briefing and familiarisation. This programme is designed for those who are to conduct recruitment or promotion interviews. The aim is, over the 2 day duration, to provide students with the opportunity to examine and establish best practice when conducting a business/assessment interview. It will also facilitate students to develop and practice interview skills and to learn to evaluate performance against set competencies. (12 students maximum class size) This 2 day programme is intended for those who are to use competency based assessment skills in selection or promotion programmes.The programme will expose students to current best practice when acting as assessors in a competency based assessment environment, whether for recruitment or promotion. Students will be able to evaluate performance against set competencies. (12 students maximum class size) This 1 day programme is intended for those who are to carry out shortlisting of applicants from application forms. The programmes aim is to enable students to consider job application forms for the purpose of compiling short lists. It will also facilitate students to develop and practice evaluation of information against job competencies. (12 students maximum class size) Design, facilitate and/or apply an assessment process against job specific skill requirement criteria. Meetings are often enhanced by the use of facilitators independent from the organisation.
