topKYHP provides floating support to 8 young people undergoing mental health issues. If you have any questions about this then please contact our office.
The eligibility criteria:
- aged between 16 and 25
- have a mental health issue that is making it harder to find or hold on to housing
- local connection to South Gloucestershire
- unable to access or sustain housing on your own
