training flat
KYHP provides pre-tenancy training to care leavers from South Gloucestershire Council Department for Children and Young People . This project is normally accessed through the social worker and applications can be discussed with Jo Dunbarton in LAT, Jon Goddard in CSS or Matt Dymond from KYHP. floating support
If you wish to discuss an application for our floating support scheme then feel free to phone us or drop in. The floating support project is for young people with housing problems who have mental health needs.
You can apply thorugh the Floating Support Access Service at South Glos Council. Be sure to mention KYHP in your application if you want to be referred to us. Their site is here
