Ribble Steam Railway Diesel Gala Weekend

3rd to 4th October 2009

 

Diesels take over the Ribble Steam Railway’s passenger services for a weekend.

The site expected to open from 10:30am till 5pm.

The site has a museum with a range of ex-mainline and industrial locomotives into two Lancashire & Yorkshire Tank Locomotives and Betty Beets Maroon Ivatt 2mt 46441, and the workshops are open as ever for visitors to inspect restoration projects and see behind the scenes at this new generation line.
