No
real changes for next year, a couple
affecting premier league:
County
clubs can use 2 tracks, I think this
is aimed at a proposed Manchester
team so they can use Bury and Astley.
Premier clubs will only be allowed
in by invitation, this is aimed at
stopping clubs joining who don't
have the facilities, ie Coventry and
Stoke, not sure if it applies
retrospectively or not.
The
regional AGM is early next year,
however it looks like MN2 will be
running in one form or another, Hull
and Sheffield look definite
starters.
