From the A9 North or South: Turn off the A9 to Dunkeld and carry on through Dunkeld following signs for the A923 to Blairgowrie. This road climbs uphill and you will take some nasty bends but soon the road starts to drop and you will see a turning on the right for "Scottish Wildlife Visitor Centre". Take this road which runs along the south bank of the Loch of the Lowes. Follow this road for about 1 mile and you will see Letter Farm on the left.

From the East (Blairgowrie): Take the A923 from Blairgowrie west towards Dunkeld. Travel along this road for about 3 miles until you see Bankhead B&B on your left. Approximately 200 yards beyond take a left turn to Clunie. This is a narrow road which takes you around Clunie Loch. Stay on this road and do not turn off it. Once around the loch you will start to climb a long hill. At the end of this hill there is a house on your right with a red telephone box outside - go straight across the cross roads here. At the next T-junction turn right and follow the road for two miles and you will come to Letter Farm on your right.

Please note that we ask guests to arrive after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. Parking and access to the house are via the rear courtyard which has recently been cobbled and landscaped.

Access by rail and bus: 
There is a main line railway station at Birnam with regular services to Perth and Inverness. Please visit the Scotrail website for more information on rail services to Birnam.
