Alarm Response & Key holding

Lionheart also provide an alarm response and key holding service. We operate a fully insured Key holding service for both commercial and residential customers. Keys are kept in secure custody at our 24-hour Control Centre. This can be delivered alongside our alarm response service which ensures the presence of a response officer on alarm activation to check the premises, reset alarms and, if necessary, remain in the premises until your staff or alarm engineer arrive. All operations are carried out to high standards of BS7984 and with complete co-operation of the Police Authorities.
