9. MANAGEMENT INTEGRATION OF CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT

The Configuration Manager should report to the Project Manager the status of the system/subsystem configuration on a regular basis. To be continued

9.1 Project control.

The relationship between configuration management at the configuration item level, and its relationship to the work authorization and cost control in individual facilities will be described in the Development/Engineering Program plan documentation.
Specific critical events defining the relationship to configuration management and schedule control of the project program, for example, sequencing of Design (Formal Technical) Reviews, release of engineering, production, test, logistic support events, Formal Audits, Speciality plans, etc., will be described.
