Section 3.1 - Model Text
This paragraph specifies the general security requirements
for classified technical documents categorized or grade assigned
to information or materiel. They shall carry the security classification,
and any security requirements will be clearly indicated in accordance
with the appropriate security regulations. Technical documents
are working documents and shall be designed to avoid unnecessary
restrictions in their promulgation. The titles of standardization
documents however, shall not be classified.
- 3.1.20.1 Security markings.
- Documentation containing classified information
shall be marked and handled in accordance with current security
regulations as specified in the project security procedures/instructions
document. Classified documentation shall be marked with their
specified security classification positioned centrally at the
top and bottom of each page including any blank pages in distinctive
upper-case letters. Each page shall be classified according to
the content of that page, except for the title page and back page
which will be classified to the highest graded page within the
document.
Documentation should be designed to avoid unnecessary restrictions
in their dissemination. The title of standards documents shall
not be classified.
