Instantiate

By instantiate it is meant that the specific project will propose the life cycle method, etc by which they intend to develop their software, e.g., incremental, waterfall, spiral, etc.

This will be documented in a project specific document which will show the local methods and procedures that will be used. These methods and procedure shall comply with the "Program Standards" and with on common software tools, notations, and coding standards.
