management skills with in-depth understanding of the customers
contractual management requirements.
Responsibilities include:
A management role at a high enough level in an organization
that the primary focus is the long term vitality of the organization,
rather than the short term project or contractual concerns and
pressures.
Responsibilities include:
Requires a systems engineer with approximately ten years experience in developing and integrating hardware and software, and approximately five years experience in a decision making role. Experience with, MIL-STD-499A/B, DEF STAN 05-123, MIL-STD-973, DOD-STD-2167, MIL-STD-1521B, DO-178B, etc., standards and formal system development methodologies will be necessary.
Responsibilities include:
Requires a senior engineer with at least five years experience of working to the system life cycle, MIL-STD-499A/B, DEF STAN 05-123, system and hardware quality techniques, BS 9000, MIL-STD-15303B, MIL-STD-1521B, MIL-STD-1519, etc.

A senior engineer with a minimum of ten years experience
of the system life cycle activities in the design, software and
system integration areas.
Responsibilities include:
Requires a senior engineer with approximately 5 years of SCM (MIL-STD-973) experience, good understanding of the system and software development life cycle, DOD-STD-2167, MIL-STD-499A, etc.
Any manager , at a project or organizational level,
who has direct responsibility for software development and/or
maintenance.
Responsibilities include:
Requires a senior software engineer with approximately ten tears experience in developing software with approximately five years in a decision making role. Ability to see problem areas and pro-act before creating problems. Experience with international standards MIL-STD-499A, DOD-STD-2167, DEF STAN 05-123, etc., together with formal design methodologies and tools.
Responsibilities include:
Requires a senior software engineer with at least five years experience in the design and development of CSCIs. Experience with software development life cycle, DOD-STD-2167, Software development methodologies, HOLs, etc. will be necessary.
Responsibilities include:
Requires software engineer with approximately five years of SCM (MIL-STD-973) experience, good knowledge of the software development life cycle, DOD-STD-2167, etc.
