The objective of this 'Software Engineering Manual' is to define the methods, techniques, or procedures necessary for the software engineering of the CSCI(s) and supporting software. This manual shall identify definitively the software tools to be used and the documentation necessary to facilitate their use. All restriction and clarifications on their use shall be stated. The procedures to necessary for the preparation for any formal review will also be specified.
NOTE: This 'Software Engineering Manual' is a functional part of the 'Software Development Plan'.
