Project technical risks can be reduced by identifying risks or possible risks early and reducing their effects on the overall program.
The program definition and re-definition effort shall include a continuing analysis of the risks associated with the related cost, schedule, and technical parameters.
A 'Program/Project Risk management plan' shall be produced and all project related risks logged and analyzed on a regular basis.
