Life cycle cost analyses shall be performed periodically
to update and include the cost of acquisition and ownership.
This effort shall result in an identification of the economic
consequences of system and subsystem design alternatives.
These analyses shall be identified in the project PERT chart contained
in the 'Engineering Program Plan'.
