The objective of this publication is to
define the necessary technical effort to manage and control large and complex
technical systems as defined by the 'MANAGING STANDARDS' Web-page.
The prime objective is to provide
guidance for implementing the framework standards ISO/IEC 15288 and ISO/IEC
12207 using the eclectic processes defined in the referenced documents
identified by “MANAGING STANDARDS” www page.

The primary aim of this document is to
provide an efficient, effective, and economical solution to the management and
control of the concept, definition, design, test, manufacture, and support of a
projected technical system.
The document “Technical
Management - a pragmatic approach” shall provide a
hard copy reference of the Technical Management proposed by the WWW site 'MANAGING STANDARDS'
