Enrolments
When to book:
It is advisable to book a place on the course(s) of your choice in advance. Bookings are being taken now for courses starting in September. There are limited places available on each course (generally a maximum of 12). Therefore it is in your own interest to reserve a place as soon as you can, to ensure that you do not miss out.
A minimum number of learners are required for a course to be viable, therefore sometimes, regrettably, courses may have to be cancelled if there have not been enough places reserved. It is for this reason also that we ask you to let us know in advance if you want a place on a course so that you and others are not disappointed.
Please let us know as soon as you can if you do not require a place you have reserved, so it can be offered to someone else. Once you have reserved your place, you need do nothing more until you attend the first session of the course, when you will enrol. If you know that you will be unable to attend the first session, please let us know when reserving your place so that we can inform the tutor. If you do not let us know in advance, we cannot guarantee your place. You do not need to send any money for course fees (if these are payable) before the start of the course; this will be collected as part of the enrolment procedure at the first session you attend.
