Proposed Residential Development at Dall Square, Freshwater, Isle of Wight Client: Saraward Ltd This development consists of twenty-three houses and seven bungalows on a site of 0.65ha at the rear of Freshwater Library. The site was originally a market garden and is situated in the heart of the village of Freshwater in the west of the Island. The development is based on a town square design and is currently still under construction. The houses and bungalows have all been constructed using traditional materials of facing brickwork and stone under tiled or slate roofs. It is estimated that completion of the development will be at the end of the year 2003. The development complies fully with the requirements of the Local Authority planning department and provides a good high density of units and fully complies with the requirements of allocated housing needs.
