The MEL office (Gostins Building) is fully accessible for wheel chair users and a minicom system for those users with hearing problems who wish to access the telephone advice line.

MEL will also provide home visits for those people who are genuinely unable to travel to our office.

We will also provide a free interpreter for most non-English languages.
