Both of our cutting processes are CNC controlled, using data generated from CAD packages specifically designed for the purpose.
We ideally work from .dxf and .dwg data files (outputted by such programs as AutoCad for example) which can be emailed, but are also happy to work from any kind of dimensioned drawing. Line drawings can be emailed in .jpg and .pdf formats, or faxed directly.
We are also able to work from full size templates or original items. Not all profiling companies offer this service, but we can produce a finished item using an original , which may for example be broken and need replacing, or a cardboard or wooden cutout or drawn around the original.
