Our engineering force consists of over 40 experienced personnel, who have made a substantial contribution to our good track record in mud engineering. Their relevant experience varies from a minimum of 6 years to in excess of 20 years in the field. American, Australian, Austrian, British, Canadian, French, New Zealand and Spanish nationalities are represented.
It is sometimes assumed that consultants provide a less loyal and committed service than staff engineers. MGA would contest this point. We are proud of the fact that of our consultants first engaged when the company started, the majority are still working with us today. Our long term relationships with consultants who are acknowledged experts in their field has enabled MGA to keep our complete engineering force together through recessions, in sharp contrast to other service companies. We feel that this is largely a comment on the quality and professionalism of our personnel.
MGA consultants have carried out rig site assignments in Albania, Algeria, Argentina, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Brunei, Cameroon, Congo, Chad, China, Denmark, Egypt, Eire, Falkland Isles, Gabon, Gambia, Germany, Holland, Indonesia, India, Iran, Israel, Italy, Ivory Coast, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Libya, Malaysia, Mexico, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Peru, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Tanzania, UK, Vietnam, USA and the UAE. This work has been performed both directly for Operators, and through various service companies.
