The Mill has a
well-equipped arts area for all kinds of painting, drawing,
sculpture and craft activities. The arts have always been an
important part of the life of The Mill and all users are
encouraged to use the facilities whenever they wish. An art
worker is on-hand to offer support with materials or ideas if
this is needed.
The Mill Gallery is a new
venture using the front window of the centre as a gallery space
in which to display and sell the work of the many artists that
use the centre. Any money raised from the auction will be used
to benefit users of the centre - particularly to support the
costs of framing and art materials.
