The Mill is the longest-established mental health day-centre in Oxford and is situated in the multi-cultural heart of the city on the Cowley Road.

The Mill offers its users - all of whom have had experience of mental health problems - a place where they can get involved in a lively mixture of groups and activities as well as find opportunities to socialise and relax. Users get a great deal of support from each other here - the Mill is a real community centre - and the experienced staff are also on hand to offer benefits advice, information about other services and informal counselling.

Mill member have regular meetings where plans for trips and holidays are made and new activities & ideas for the centre are discussed.

The Mill has a designated smoking area, but the majority of the centre is non-smoking.
