MULTI-STAGE BAND DRYER FOR CONTINENTAL EUROPE

Conveyor band dryer nearing completion in factory

A Mitchell multi-stage conveyor band dryer/cooler for various extruded/coated breakfast cereals shown here in our Carlisle factory, was recently exported to the European continent.

FLUID-AIR DRYER

Developed over the last few years the Fluid-Air Dryer is an oscillating fluid bed unit which can handle a wide range of materials. Drying is assisted by oscillation of the material bed , which reduces air velocity requirements, helps to mix the bed, and aids in the control of residence time. The pilot scale unit seen above is available for testwork either in our test centre at Carlisle, or on site
