Roof leaks can be very expensive in respect of human resources and loss of valuable stock or resources from the resulting water damage. RAM undertake site investigations including identification of the water entry pathways by a combination of non-destructive electronic testing, visual inspection & water penetration with the use of a fluorescent dye which assists in the tracing of the water paths.

These methods are also used in conjunction with our Endoscope equipment with which we can actually see the water entry pathways within an enclosed area, for example cavity walls. This enables us to identify specific targeted repairs to resolve the leaks, negating the need for expensive repeated patch repairs by a roofing contractor
