RAM prepare and provide specifications and tender documentation for both new and refurbishment roofing works. Our extensive knowledge of the UK roofing market allows us to select the most suitable system and approved installers for your specific needs, negating the need for generic specifications that lead to an uneven playing field.

RAM have prepared Tender Documentation from small scale repairs to complete strip up and replacement for roofing works e.g. Office for National Statistics; analysed the tenders and recommend to the client which contractor to appoint to undertake the works.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CAD DRAWINGS

Then to complete the whole package RAM can project manage the roofing works and our unique contracting experience ensures that the desired level of workmanship is attained through our specialist site management. We also have an in house CAD Technician who can supply all the necessary drawings required from start to finish of your project.
