Classes will take place on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10.45am – 11.45am and on Tuesday evenings from 7.15pm – 8.15pm.
pilates
Based on the principles of rebalancing body alignment, Pilates is a fusion of western and eastern philosophies, teaching about breathing, body mechanics, balance, co-ordination, strength and flexibility. Focuses on core-stability.
yoga
Yoga is a holistic approach to exercise for the beginner upwards. It is a class focusing on posture and body alignment, combining relaxation and body awareness. Designed to boost energy levels, increasing flexibility and relieving stress.
gym ball
The gym ball is one of the most versatile exercising tools in use today. This class concentrates on core conditioning of the abdomen and back, it also has the key benefit of working on a slightly unstable platform, therefore constantly challenging different muscles. All fitness levels.
aerobic tone
A popular class which combines aerobic and resistance training for a whole body workout. Burns fat, builds and tones muscles and increases flexibility.
gym circuits
Using cardiovascular and resistance machines, this work out concentrates on posture and control. You can dictate the pace at which you work. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
