Text Box: RETURNS POLICY: In the event that you receive a faulty personalised CD please contact us for a replacement.  Personalised CD’s can only be exchanged if they are faulty. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and we will replace your CD free of charge.   Due to the highly specialist nature of the product, refunds cannot be given on personalised items. To avoid any difficulties, please make sure the information you have given us is correct, including a phonetic description of any unusual names.
