The most popular note taking application . EverNote takes the blank slate approach or a list style using tags and a sort feature to organise your notes. Each note added is added to the end of the others. You can use Evernote to share information and uploads with other users. Evernote version 3 has improved tag support and less memory usage. The paid version can synchronise recognise handwriting for tablets. Each note is tagged. The sorting enables browsing by when uploaded. Toolbar clippers enable easy capture of notes. The Web user interface is intuitive and has drag-and-drop, and access to Evernote's OCR scanners. With the free version you are allowed a maximum of 40MB of uploads per month.July 2009.

EvernoteEvernote is a must-have for note-takers: it is very accessible through toolbars and mobile devices. It is easy to organise data and with a good range of features. The download limit means it is not suitable for heavy data users on the free package.

Wridea is a simple online note-taking tool that allows you to organise and share your ideas. The clean and simple web user interface is less sophisticated than Evernote or using OneNote i.e. it cannot tag and sort your ideas. But it does allow for categories. The basic text writer has limited features. ts unique feature is an "Idea Rain" that drops your ideas into the screen for you to capture. July 2009.

Wridea Wridea is a basic note taker for capturing and sharing ideas. The text editor is only suitable for lists and short ideas. It has a simple user interface that makes adding notes into categories straightforward.
