Thymer
Overview
Thymer promotes itself as "Project management and task planning for people who hate project management and task planning". Its presentation is non-traditional using a professional looking UI. It has four stages that are aimed at businesses looking to collaborate on a project using a non-threatening web app. The first step is to naturally input statements of your ideas that it parses. From there it can help you track time, monitor colleague's work and then compile a report. There is no complex project management stuff like gantt charts instead an excellent project feature. You can drag and drop the tasks between projects and add comments. There is basic colour coding and an option for tags. A key feature is team management. You can setup a team and then monitor their activity on one page. Now out of beta it includes much needed time management. The free version is obviously basic compared to paid for versions. Updated April 2010.

Getting things done for beginners
An excellent collaborative but basic project management tool for users who do not need to use professional project management tools. Natural language input. Easy to use rather than sophisticated.
