Overview
Doolphy is a European project management web app. It is designed to be used as a team project tool. It has basic tasks such as adding tasks, people and events. People can be assigned to tasks. Tasks can be given time frames and costs. There are a series of reporting tools and a dashboard to monitor your projects.
Its features include unlimited users, reports covering financial and time usage, planning and staff. There are tabs for viewing your calendar of activities and admin details.
A minor niggle is that the translation to English hasn't been thoroughly completed. A more serious issue is that this app takes a professional approach to project management however there is no technical manual to support it. May 2010

Overview
Zen is a web-based project management tool with a difference to traditional approaches.
Rather than organizing tasks into tables and lists AgileZen takes a visual approach: a kanban board to show the phases of your project. This is supposed to limit the information flow and work in progress.
It uses a lean management theory and organises tasks on a kanban board. Ideas are the backlog which can then be dragged across the board into the next phase. At the same time you can focus on a particular task.
This is a sophisticated web tool with detailed performance data possible from time management information.
There are plenty options to categorise through colours and tags, and to upload different files. There are upgrades for teams with admin features to manage editing. Zen has recently been acquired by Rally software. May 2010.
