- One of our Team will ask you for a brief synopsis about your client, patient or family members needs.
We need to know specific details in the Referral we take from you concerning:-
- The type of placement required.
- How far we can go in our 'Search' for a placement.
- An approximate weekly fee and who will be funding the placement.
Once we have all this information we can do an accurate 'Search' for you.
- We respond to your Referral within 5 working days with the result of our 'Search'; except in the case of an Emergency when we will respond Immediately.
- All that we ask of you for using our FREE Service is that you keep us informed of your clients, patients or family members progress so that we can update their file.
- If we assist you in finding an appropriate placement, then you need to inform us as soon as possible of the placement details, including the weekly fee agreed.
