comprehensive solution for all your metal work requirements under one roof.
 
Modern Factory
Our highly skilled metal work craftsmen are available to our customers on site and at our modern factory premises, where our workshop
is extensively equipped to offer a self-contained service in Folding - Rolling - Cutting - Shearing - Punching - Polishing - Pipe Screwing -
MIG, TIG & MMA Welding on site and in-house.
 
Facilities
We have in-house capabilities in stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium and other metals - Folding to 8mm, Press Brakes - Rolling to
8mm, Various - Cutting to 12mm, Plasma - Shearing to 6mm, Guillotine and Punching to 15mm, Various.
 
             
 
Larger project work is undertaken via four overhead gantry, rail and radial cranes of up to 5 tonnes loading and outside mobile lifting and
crane capability of up to 20 tonnes, complimenting significant yard capacity.
 
Quality Control
Narvida holds Lloyds qualified Welding Procedures and Welding Certifications for employees who weld, with successfully undertaken
performance tests. Independent stress testing is undertaken on various projects. Carbon steel work is separately segregated in the
workshop.
 
Apprentice Success
One of our first year Apprentices recently won the Gary Bain Trophy for best student studying fabrication and welding at Carnegie College, Dunfermline and Narvida was a recent finalist for small employer of the year in The Scottish Modern Apprenticeship Awards with Skills Development Scotland. Up to 25% of our workforce is invested in Apprentices to ensure we have a sound basis for continuity of quality service and value for work in the future.
