Don't Write Me Off: make the
system fair for people with autism
Don't Write Me Off is the NAS major, new UK-wide campaign
to make sure that the benefit system works for people with autism,
both supporting those who cannot work and helping those who want to
work into employment.
Visit www.dontwritemeoff.org.uk
to read our campaign report and people's real-life stories about applying
for benefits and finding work, and to watch our campaign DVD.

We are Harrow’s branch
of the National Autistic Society, our aims are to provide information,
training, support groups and practical help to families, carers and
people with autism spectrum disorder, and support children with autism
spectrum disorders through playschemes and special events.
We provide general information on autism and on the services, benefits
and other resources available to carers and people with autism spectrum
disorders from health, education and social services, voluntary organisations
and the private sector.
We have a lending library and aim to raise awareness of the needs
of families living with autism and provide input to the planning process
when required, within the London Borough of Harrow.
