Well Neuvya has the ability to help, Neuvya has given many swimmers the chance to succeed at International, National, Regional and County Level

At one of our Competitve Clinics lead by Allan Reid you will follow a progressive stroke technique pool session which will be be backed up with technique drills to take away with the option of one to one advice through email or telephone

All stroke drills will be performed by a competitve swimmer to give visual identification of the correct technique

Competitve Clinics are aimed at children and adults who have the desire to succeed, low numbers allow individual attention and ensure each swimmer gains the skills to progress in swimming

Training techniques will be given including how to use a pace clock, interval training and how to control your individual training programs
