Severe Electrical Storms on the 27th with 0.91 in of rain, with 0.47 in of rain in 10 minutes at 18:50.
This was the warmest month since my records begun (1986) .The mean temp (avg day and night) was 21.63c. The previous highest was 20.68c in Aug 1987. Rainfall was slightly below avg with 1.66 in of rain but 0.91in of that fell in a 10 minute period on the 27th.

Well it had to happen, with June/July mostly hot and sunny, Aug 2006 is now the 2nd wettest month since my records began (1986) with 4.96 inches of rain with 1.24in falling on the 13th. Incidently the wettest month on my records was JUNE 1997 with 5.54 inches. Temperatures were also down with a MEAN temp of only 16.4c (Avg is 17.67c)
Sept 2006
Highest temperature on the 11th with 27.6c but the highest was in Sept 1999 with 30.0c
Records Broken Again. The mean Temp was 17.7c , nearly 3c above the average at 14.86c. The previous highest was 16.62c in Sept 1999. Another trend that seems to be developing is that the total rainfall at 3.18 inches, which is above average but not to bad, mostly fell on 4 days, 0.77in on the 13th, 1.08in on the 22nd, 0.46in on the 25th and 0.54in on the 29th. So when it does rain we get a lot at once, as 18 days were totally dry.

Jan 2007 Info or is it Climate Change
Yet another Mean Temperature record, this month at 7.63oC was over 1oC above the previous highest of 6.38oC back in 2002, and well above the average of 4.32oC. Is it climate change ??? === out of the last 7 months, 4 were the highest recorded and the other 3 were well above normal records. Has anybody else recorded similar temperatures, let me know please.
April 2007
April was the driest month ever recorded by me at only 0.07 inches of rain, less than the Sahara desert and with March recording only 1.04 inches we could well be in Drought Conditions. The temperature was also a record for April with the mean temp of 11.7c a full 1.25c above the previous highest in 2004. This means that 7 of the last 11 months have seen record temperatures.

You probably don't need me to tell you that after the driest April we now had the wettest May and the 2nd wettest June with temperatures for both May and June the coldest since 2001.
