Kevin is a specialist in NVQ and Investors in People support. This has been demonstrated by his work with NVQ’S since October 1994. The most notable being his work within industry developing Modern Apprenticeships and NVQ schemes with employers such as Holt Lloyd International Limited, Martin Dawes Limited and Smart Europe Limited.
 
As an qualified nurse, manager and marketer his influence on the quality and professionalism of the training provision At NVQ’S North West is invaluable.

 

Mr Phil Gorst
 
Phil has been involved with training and development for over 10 years designing and delivering bespoke training programmes for a number of major companies such as Blue Circle Cement. Phil has an NVQ Centre PBC Associates, which is an approved provider for a number of Chambers of Commerce and Learning Skills Councils NVQ’S North West has been delivering a number NVQ programmes through PBC Associates centre approval since January 2001.
 
Phil’s experience as a External Verifier for the City & Guilds Covering Sales, Sales Management, Marketing, Customer Services and TDLB Gives NVQ’S North West an incredible opportunity to grow in line with best practice.

 

 

 

 

Mr Karl Rowley
Learning & Development Specialist

 
Karl has over 8 years experience in management and has been actively assessing NVQ’s for over 4 years. He is also a qualified Internal Verifier. Within his management role for a large multi national company, Karl has also fronted the implementation of in house training across his region. With his exceptional people skills and management experience Karl project managers the Retail, Bakery and Customer Service business units.

Mrs Lynn Robinson
Learning and Development Specialist

Lynn has over a decade of experience in Retail management and has been actively assessing NVQ’s for over 2 years. She is at present working towards the Internal Verifier award.

Within her management role for a large multi national company, Lynn has fronted the implementation of in house training across her region. With her exceptional people skills and management experience Lynn is currently assessing candidates for their admin /customer service NVQs.
