| Easington Playgroup is well established having been in operation for over thirty years. Originally based at St. Hugh's Church, we are now based at and work closely with, Harriers Ground School. We have our own building which was newly erected in August 2002 and which is used solely for the purposes of the playgroup. The playgroup is a member of the 'Pre-School Learning Alliance', we are registered with Oxfordshire Social Services and we are also a registered charity (No. 1027479). The playgroup is also registered to receive funding from the Local Education Authority for 3/4 year olds. Easington Playgroup is an Equal Opportunities Playgroup and we welcome children from all backgrounds from the age of 2½ years upwards. We are registered through OFSTED to welcome up to 20 children into each session with a minimum staff ratio of 1:8 The playgroup is open from Monday to Friday during term time only and the sessions run in the morning from 9:00am until 11:30am and in the afternoon from 12:30pm until 3:00pm.
