What we need to know

When you book a trip with us, please help us by being prepared by having the following information available:

• Your name and address
• The day and time of pick-up
• Your destination
• How many are travelling (i.e. are you taking an escort)
• How many wheelchairs
• How many can use seats

If you have to be somewhere at a specific time, we will tell you immediately if the minibus is available.
