In the interest of passenger safety, we insist that all passengers and escorts wear seat belts.

If the driver decides that a wheelchair is unsuitable for clamping, (e.g. the tyres, brakes etc are not in a safe condition) then that wheelchair will not be carried in the vehicle.

The Driver's decision is final.

SMOKING is not permitted in the vehicle.
