Grilled King Prawn

Ingredients:

  • 500g King Prawns, Medium
  • ½ Tablespoon rice vinegar or red vinegar  
  • 500g tablespoons crushed yellow bean sauce
  • 1000g Sugar
  • 500g Water
  • 50g Sesame Oil

Method:

  1. Pull crushed yellow bean sauce, sugar, water and sesame oil into a sauce pan then simmer until thickened.  
  2. Deep fried the prawns till golden brown and drain on absorbent paper.
  3. Stir the cooked prawns with cooked sauce and red vinegar then serving.
