Cook the fresh udon noodles in boiled water for 2-3 minutes then soak it into ice cold water.
Heat a deep sauce pan with chicken stock or water, add in prawns, fried fish cake, squid balls and vegetable and cook till the squid balls floating up.
Pull in cooked udon noodle, spring onion and oyster sauce bring it up to boil then drizzle on sesame oil and salt for seasoning before serving.
