Sweet And Sour Chicken With Pineapple

Ingredients:

500g Chicken Breast, diced

150g canned pineapple slices, diced

2 teaspoons sugar (adjustable)

1 tablespoon water
-
1 teaspoon cooking wine
-
1 teaspoon corn flour
-
2 garlic cloves, minces
-
2 slices of ginger
-
Salt and sesame oil for seasoning

Method:

Marinate the chicken with pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of water, cooking wine and corn flour for 15 minutes.

Pan-fry chicken till almost cooked.

Heat a cooking pan with oil, add in ginger, garlic and pineapple to fry till cooked. Then stir it cooked chicken and use sugar, salt and sesame oil for seasoning before serving.
