Sweet And Sour Chicken With Pineapple

Ingredients:

  • 500g Chicken Breast, diced
  • 150g canned pineapple slices, diced
  • 2 teaspoons sugar (adjustable)
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon cooking wine
  • 1 teaspoon corn flour
  • 2 garlic cloves, minces
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • Salt and sesame oil for seasoning

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken with pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of water, cooking wine and corn flour for 15 minutes.
  2. Pan-fry chicken till almost cooked.
  3. Heat a cooking pan with oil, add in ginger, garlic and pineapple to fry till cooked. Then stir it cooked chicken and use sugar, salt and sesame oil for seasoning before serving.
