DH82a Tiger Moth Conversion Course

Our objective is to introduce pilots with no previous open cockpit experience to the joys of flying the classic Tiger Moth. The course content is based on the Elementary Flying Training Schools (EFTS) syllabus and all flying will be dual from the rear cockpit and can be logged as P.U/T. The modules are designed to be completed in one day, but may be subject to change due to weather. The complete course may be undertaken on consecutive days, or you may choose to pick one or two individual modules to suit.

• All training is on a one-to-one basis and will be held at White Waltham Airfield.
• Other venues are possible but will be subject to aircraft ferry costs.
• Module costs include all dual flight instruction Flight times are chocks off to chocks on Helmet and goggles can be provided.
• Landing fees are not included in Module 3 and will be subject to the chosen destination.
• Additional flying time is available at an hourly pro-rata basis.
