It may be a requirement to appoint other parties such as Structural Engineers
and Party Wall Surveyors at this stage. The project is worked up in technical
detail, calculations are made, and elements like drainage are checked. We present
various materials and colour samples, and work to ensure the efficient ergonomics
of the design.
pricing
We work with many different types and sizes of builders, and will normally ask
for 4 or 5 quotations based on a schedule of works. We use the latest scheduling
software to get an accurate price, and analyse all quotes to make sure that the
quotes are on a like for like basis. Sometimes we will work with a builder that
the client knows, and sometimes with our builder. |
